Physical Standards, Physical Efficiency Tests, and Medical Standards Tests:

Candidates who qualify in the written examination move on to the next stage, which involves Physical Standards/Physical Efficiency Tests (PST/PET) and Medical Standards Tests (MST). These tests assess the physical fitness and medical suitability of the candidates for the role of Assistant Commandant.

The Physical Standards Test evaluates parameters such as height, weight, and chest measurements. The Physical Efficiency Test includes events like a race, long jump, shot put, etc.
