SSC MTS Syllabus and Exam Pattern: The SSC MTS (Staff Selection Commission Multi Tasking Staff) examination is conducted by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) to recruit candidates for various non-technical posts in government departments and ministries.
SSC MTS Exam Pattern
The SSC MTS Selection Process will be conducted in three phases,which are:
- Phase 1: Computer-based Test
- Phase 2: Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Phase 3: Physical Standard Test (PST)
SSC MTS CBT Exam Pattern
The following are some important points about the SSC MTS CBT Exam Pattern:
- The computer-based examination will consist of multiple-choice, objective-type questions.
- There will be a total of 90 questions on the exam, which will carry 270 marks.
- The computer-based exam will be conducted in 13 regional languages, including English and Hindi.
- In Session I, there will be no negative marking. In Session II, there will be negative marking, with one mark deducted for each wrong answer.
- There will be two sessions of computer-based testing: Sessions I and II, both of which must be attempted and will be mandatory. The candidate will be disqualified if they do not attempt any sessions.
- The timing for visually handicapped candidates with cerebral palsy is 45 minutes per session.
