FCI Assistant Grade 3 Exam Pattern
The following stages comprise the FCI Assistant Grade 3 Selection Process for the A, B, C, D, E, F, and G Posts (General, Depot, Movement, Accounts, Technical, Civil Engineering, and Electrical Mechanical Engineering):

The following are some key facts about the FCI Assistant Grade 3 Exam:
- The scores obtained on Paper I of Phase II will be used to determine the merit of the online tests for Post Codes D and G.
- The merit will be determined for postcodes A, B, E, F, and H based on the combined marks obtained in Paper I and post-specific Paper II of Phase II.
- Candidates for the Steno posts For the online test, Grade II (Post Code C) students will need to take Paper III in Phase II. The final merit for the stenographer position Grade II will be decided based on the marks received in Paper III, subject to qualifying the typing test.
- In Phase II, applicants for AG-III (Hindi) (Post Code: H) must take Papers I and II. Final merit will be decided based on the combined marks earned by the candidates in both Paper I and Paper II.
- In order to be considered for the selection, a candidate must appear in all phases of the recruitment process. Candidates are encouraged to frequently visit the FCI website (fci.gov.in).
- Except for the language papers, the online test will be bilingual in both Hindi and English.
- Marks obtained in the Phase-I online exam will not be considered for the final merit list. The candidates

FCI Assistant Grade 3 Exam Pattern : Phase 1

- The FCI Assistant Grade 3 Phase 1 exam is based on MCQs and will be conducted in online mode.
- The FCI Assistant Grade 3 Phase 1 exam consists of four sections, which are: English language, numerical ability, general studies, and reasoning ability.
- There will be a total of 100 questions for 100 marks, and the duration of the examination will be 60 minutes.
- Each question will receive one mark. There will be a negative marking of one-fourth (1/4) of the total marks for that question for each incorrect answer.
- The question paper will be written in both English and Hindi. An English-language paper must be attempted.
- In the FCI Assistant Grade 3 Phase 1 exam, there will be no sectional cut-off; there will only be one overall cut-off.
- If a question is unanswered or the candidate does not provide an answer, that question will not receive any negative marking. The final merit ranking will not take into account the scores obtained in Phase I.
