- Structure: The Tier 2 exam is conducted in three separate papers: Paper I, Paper II, and Paper III.
- Paper I is compulsory for all posts and is conducted on Day 1.
- Paper II is only for candidates applying for the post of Junior Statistical Officer (JSO).
- Paper III is only for candidates applying for the post of Assistant Audit Officer (AAO) / Assistant Accounts Officer.
- Important Change:The Computer Knowledge Module is compulsory and qualifying in nature for all posts under Paper I. Higher qualifying standards are set for specific posts requiring computer proficiency.
