Karnataka Bank PO Exam Pattern 

The Karnataka Bank PO exam is conducted in two phases.

• Phase 1: Written Examination (CBT)
• Phase 2: Interview and Document Verification

Written Examination Pattern

Here are some key points about the Karnataka Bank PO exam pattern:

• In the Karnataka Bank PO exam, both objective-type and descriptive-type examinations will be conducted online.
• There will be both objective and descriptive sections on the Karnataka Bank PO exam.
• The duration of the examination will be 150 minutes, and there will be a total of 202 questions for 225 marks.
• There will be 0.25 marks deducted for every question attempted wrongly by a candidate, and each question carries one mark.
• The objective paper consists of five sections, which are reasoning, English, general awareness, computer knowledge, and quantitative aptitude.
• The duration of the objective-type test will be 2 hours, consisting of 5 sections for 200 marks. The objective will have separate timing for every section.
• The descriptive paper consists of one section with two questions. One letter is written, and one is easy to write.
• The duration of the descriptive test will be 30 minutes with 2 questions for 50 marks. It will be a test of the English language.
• A candidate needs to score passing marks in the descriptive test as well as qualify for the Karnataka PO exam.
• There will be no sectional cutoff. There will be only an overall cutoff on the Karnataka PO exam.
• The question paper shall be in English and Hindi (bilingual). An English-language paper has to be attempted in English.
